1. You can post one web comic per member account. If you have more than one comic create an additional account.

2. It must be a WEB COMIC site, not your MySpace page or your blog on turtle racing.

3. You can update your comic by posting a teaser panel of your latest page, make sure you actually have updated your comic or you will get flagged.

4. You can rate comics once a day, you don't have to be signed in to rate.

5. You are not allowed to put any material that is copyright protected on comicracy unless it is YOUR material and YOU have the right to do so!

Members score points in one of FOUR ways.

1. Your Comic gets a five star rating = 5 points

2. A vistor leaves comicracy to your website = 10 points

3. A visitor comes to comicracy from the link on your page= 20 points

4. A registered member elects to collect your comic= 50 points
