1. Pages can be submitted on the internal page uploader and editor ONLY.

2. Pages must be in net image format such as JPG / GIF/ PNG

3. Individual pages can be no LARGER than 900 (high) x 1200(wide) pixels and must be SMALLER than 800K in file size.

4. Submitting copyrighted material that you do not have the rights to do so, is forbidden and will result in immediate termination of your account and or some form of castration. (may submit 'fan art' as derivative work only during special contests.)

5. Porn or anything promoting the intentional defamation of any belief, group or individual is not allowed.

6. You must read and agree to the terms before submitting ANYTHING to Comicracy.

1. Points are automatically earned via a combination of user ratings and number of collecters. Higher ratings equal higher point value.

2. Highest scoring users are listed on the main page of comicracy.com.

3. Points can be deducted as well, for various reasons such as poor ratings, cheating and breaking other rules.

4.Points can also be scored by referring new members. 100 points is awarded for full member who joins. 50 points for a fan only. IP addresses must not match the referring users and members must be active in rating comics. You can refer members here.

1. Only registered members AND fans can rate comics.

2. Users must have uploaded at least 10 pages to be eligible for rating.

3. Each individual page of a comic can be rated one time per user. So if you have 10 pages one user can rate EACH page ONE time.

4. Ratings are from 1.00 (worst) to a 5.00 (perfect).

5. Self rating, although highly inaccurate, IS permitted.

6. Highest rated COMICS will be posted on the main index page of Comicracy, this will be constantly changing and competitive as new pages and users will be uploaded constantly.

1.Contests winners must be 18 and have access to a Pay-Pal account.

2. Contest money will only be rewarded to the top 3 scorers when the progress bar reaches the red zone or any zone which current leader elects to withdraw funds.

3. Winners will be the user with the most comicracy points when the bar reaches the red zone or any of the percentage zones. The user with the most points is given the option upon reaching each zone whether to withdraw the money, if they elect to continue they are awarded a 1000 point advantage in addition to any points already acquired. The point leader has 24 hrs. upon reaching each zone to decide to withdraw or continue, if no response contest automatically continues.

4. * Total value is awarded based on zone when user elects to withdraw funds. For example if user withdraws at 10% of a contest with a $599 max value then each winnner (1st, 2nd, 3rd) are paid by the respective percentage. So if 1st place =10 % of 599 ($59.90) / 2nd place = 10% of 100 ($10) / 3rd place = 10% of 50 ($50)

4. If there is a tie then the comic with the higher rating will win

5. Any form of cheating will result in point deductions and possible termination of account.

6. All participants must read current terms.

1. Awards will be pre-announced at the beginning of any contest.

2. To be eligible for any monetary value award you must be at least 18 and live in a state/country that permits participation in skill based contests as well have access to a pay-pal account.

3. It is the right of Comicracy to deny an award if it comes to our attention that a user may have been involved in cheating or a violation of any rule or term of Comicracy.
