CONCEPT

The concept of Comicracy is very simple. It is a ongoing comic book artist and writers contest, you, the user can submit comic book art / writing material for selection in any of the pre-existing storylines during the submission period.

The voters choose the most popular comic book entries, this is based on how many votes you get from users, fans, as well as amount of website traffic your pages get during the voting period.

Comicracy users have the highest voting power 1 vote = 1 point

Fans votes are done separately in the common vote, 10 fan votes = 1 point.

Lastly the amount of unique users to visit your submitted pages during the voting period also earns you points for every 100 visitors = 1 point.

In case of a tie the users rating decide the winner.

Whoever attains the most points during the voting period wins. The more contributors each contest has the bigger the payout. To see exactly what you win please visit the Winners Rewards section.

RULES

1. Entries can be submitted during the submission period only.

2. Each contest will have a announced mandatory number of pages that must be met. Pages must be JPEG format 825 by 1068 pixels. For print purposes you may need to supply us with a higher quality, 1700 x 2200 at 200 PPI.

3. Absolutely no plagiarizing or cheating allowed.  Plagiarisms will result in immediate disqualification as well as termination of user’s service and any prior rights agreement between user and Comicracy.

4. All entries must be in the English language.

5. Each storyline will have a main character, pre determined, and a setting (time & location) also predetermined. This may NOT be drastically altered by any contestant.  For example you can’t take a male human character fighting crime in Modern day Los Angeles and all of a sudden place him in the year 2576 as a purple female kangaroo hooker named Skampy turning tricks in Amsterdam. 

6.  Partners are agreed upon privately by the competing individuals.  The submitting partner is automatically designated as the team leader and will be the ONLY one paid by Comicracy, LLC.Comicracy, LLC does not take any responsibility in delegating team disputes or affairs.

7. You may never in anyway submit a copyright protected character, logo, phrase, etc. (Don't throw Batman in the mix drinking a can of Pepsi.)

8. You must be 18 years or older to participate in any contests and be able to obtain a US Bank via Pay-Pal.
